	Our Philosophy Totaltek Solutions is a network consulting and integration services company that is specifically focused on small - and medium-sized organizations. Our primary services include, strategic planning, network implementation and integration and on-going technical support for mixed-platform networking systems. We have developed a structured approach on how we engage with our clients with their business requirements as the primary focus. We have called this approach “R.I.T.S.”–Review & Recommend,Integrate & Implement, Train, and Support.
	RITS Review and Recommend – The first step in working with our clients is to deliver a Discovery Report that documents your current network.The Discovery Report will review the current state of your network and offers recommendations that may improve network productivity within your organization. In order to ensure that you fully understand the contents of the report, Totaltek will meet with you to thoroughly go over the report to ensure that the contents of the document are clearly understood.
	Integrate and Implement – Based upon your requirements and the information gathered from the Discovery Report, Totaltek will work with you in design and integration of a solution that is in-line with your business goals. Our team offers a wide range of solutions including network integration, communication and collaboration, server-based computing and security.
	Train - Once the Integration phase is completed, Totaltek will work with the administrators of your network to provide knowledge transfer and ensure that they are trained on any new or upgraded solution that may have been introduced to your organization. Totaltek also has an on-site training facility that is used for customized end-user training as well as vendor-specific certified training.
	Support – Totaltek has an array of support offerings that can assist you in the support of any new or existing components of your network, allowing you to focus on your core business.Totaltek gives you the choice of affordable contract services with the experienced network support infrastructure to assist you. The support offerings that are available by Totaltek are 1) Blocked Time Support, 2) Emergency Response Support, 3) Outsourcing, and 4) Remote Monitoring. Each contract is customized based on your business requirements and will be tailored to your organization’s needs
